Skin is in the sunroom, decluttering the toy box. I had to say goodbye to a few of my cat friends and kept only the ones that were given to me as gifts.
I kept Farashah, the rag doll with pink hair that my mom made for me.
I kept Neddy, my polar bear that mum had given to me on Eid 2009.
I kept Paco, the colorful parrot that mum's friend's kids gave me.
I kept Bronze, the big cat that Grandma gave to me when I was in Malaysia, 2010.
I kept Ginger, my second cat toy who I sometimes think of as Firestar.
I kept my first kitty toy, Fluffy, a Persian white cat. Though I got Fluffy first, I love Ginger more.
And I kept Seraphina, the little cheetah toy that I bought at a souvenir store in Louisville, KY.
I don't know what I'll do with them all, but I'll keep them forever.
The mailwoman came a few minutes ago and gave me the books I requested from the library. They are Fear by R. L. Stine and Write Horror Fiction in 5 Simple Steps by Laura Baskes Litwin. Now I can really get to writing horror stories! *rubs hands in glee*
Today has gone off to a terrible start. Mum and Dad went to El's house after Fajr to help and clean. We wanted to go but they didn't take us because we were sleeping. Agh.
Secondly, they took the Internet away while they were gone.
Then they came back, us still sleeping, and they dropped off some stuff from El's house and then they left for the Farmer's Market.
Then I didn't eat lunch and just now I ate some ice cream that Kylie gave us.
The end. I'll go write some horror fiction now.
